Saat Phere - Episode Guide
Story in brief...
Saat Phere is a story of a girl's struggles against the stigmas forced upon her by society and her quest for her unique identity. Although India has progressed in various fields of technology, science & education, discrimination against women remains the root cause of regression in many societies in India leading to degradation of women.
One such story is that of Saloni, a dark complexioned 24-year-old girl. Saloni's talent is overshadowed by her complexion. Faced with such a situation, Saloni is determined to not let society's will be imposed upon her and ruin her life and has the will, spirit and the courage to embark upon the journey to search for her own unique identity. Yehi hai Saloni ka Safar.

Brijesh reveals that Chandni was obsessed for him and that's why she married Nahar. He tells the court that he was in London, studying economics. He met Chandni then. She fell in love with him and was always behind him, though he made it very clear that he was not interested. She used to send him romantic greeting cards, but he had made his intention very clear to her.
One day she came to him house at night, when it was raining heavily. Chandni told Brijesh to let her stay. He permits her, and when he gets a towel, she starts telling him how much she loves him. Brijesh shows his fiancée Tara's pic and says that he loves Tara and would marry her soon. Chandni says that Tara is beautiful and throws the snap into fire. Further she tries to tear other snaps of Tara. Brijesh throws her out of the house. Next Morning he finds her near the door and she has cut her veins. Brijesh then decides to return to India, when Chandni comes to know this, she tells him that she will definitely come back into his life.
When the court breaks up for lunch, Tara asks Brijesh why he did not tell her all this. For which Brijesh answers that for the sake of family honour he kept quiet. He did not want any problem between her and Chandni. Tara tells him that in so many years of married life, he did not trust her. He hid such a major issue. Juhi forces Nahar to eat something. Kaaki watches all this. She comes and tells Saloni that, she never expected this from Brijesh. To hide Nahar's guilt he is falsely accusing Chandni, who is no more.
Brijesh continues in the court that after getting married to his brother, one day Chandni came to his room and hugged him. He slapped Chandni for that. Chandni got very angry and swore that she would destroy his and Tara's married life.
After hearing the Brijesh story, public prosecutor accuses entire Singh family for conspiring Chandni's murder and also accuses for destroying evidences. He appeals to the court that they all should be penalized for destroying the evidence. All are shocked to hear this. Saloni is stunned.
