Actress Babylona who was in the eye of controversy over her alleged marriage with Arjun Das and in turn her brothers allegedly kidnapping him, had met Assistant Commissioner of Police, Chennai, on Feb 09, 2004. She came with her grandmother to the commissionerate and had personally handed over her complaint to ACP Muthuswamy. 

She accused Arjun Das of marrying her fraudulently. She said that not only he married her forcibly by offering her soft drinks mixed with sedative drugs but embezzled her jewels.

Her version of story is a new twist to the whole episode, which came to public light with police arresting her brothers along with three other persons for allegedly kidnapping Arjun Das. Mini, Arjun's first wife, told police that their family was kidnapped by Babylona's brothers and kept them at her residence. 

Police then had arrested her brothers. Babylon now says that she never accepted him as her husband. But many loose ends are to be answered in this story.
