Hadh Kar Di Aapne
By Kavita Awasthi
Ratings : ** (Okay Dokey)
Comments:A Govinda fiesta.
Hadh Kar Di Aapne like any other Govinda film has no story to
write home about. Raj (Govinda) is a detective who goes on a foreign
trip to help his friend Khanna (Nirmal Pandey). Khanna and his
wife Anjali Khanna (Ritu Shivpuri), think that the other is cheating
and want proof for divorce. But Anjali sends her friend, same
name, Anjali (Rani Mukherjee) on the trip. In this goof up of
mistaken identities Govinda and Rani fall in and out of love and
then eventually crease out the problems. This film is inspired
from quite a few films. Beginning with Govinda's opening dance
number which is a 'inspired' from Salman khan's jab pyar kissie
hota hai song. And few scenes and setup do remind you of Dilwale
Dulhaniya Le Jayenge and the recent Dulhan hum Le jayenge. Nevertheless,
Govinda makes you laugh at the end of it all. But he needs to
give us some serious acting as well. A balance of the two would
be just perfect. Rani Mukherjee looks pretty, but fails to match
her comedy with Govinda. If you go, go for the sake of Govinda
no one else.
