On uphill walk

Celina Jaitely, Miss India 2001, dons a defense background. Born to an Indian father and Afghani mother, she has often had to move around the country, thanks to her father's army job.

Celina always wanted to be a pilot, and join the flying school in the US. Instead she ended up bagging 'Margo Beautiful Skin,' 'Indiatimes Surfer's Choice' and 'MTV's Most Wanted Awards.'

A Business Communications graduate, she made her debut in Feroz Khan's Janasheen opposite Fardeen Khan. Her other movie was Khel. With only two movies to her credit, she seems a strong contender for an upcoming actress. There are a few movies in the pipeline and future looks promising.
