A Fish Eye Network's presentation Rog is produced by Pooja Bhatt. After enjoying huge success with the blockbuster Jism and then Paap, Pooja returns with her latest offering Rog. The flick features Irfan Khan (renowned TV actor turned film star) opposite Ilene Hamann who makes her directorial debut. Ilene Hamann, the South African super model, has been spotted by Pooja Bhatt. Being inspired by the breath-taking beauty, bombastic sex appeal of the model, Pooja gave her the leading character in her movie. Ilene is the first South African who has been awarded a leading role to play in a Bollywood film.
The movie revolves around a troubled police officer (Irfan Khan) who is passionately in love with sizzling-gorgeous lass (Ilene Hamann). This gorgeous girl arrests the breath of all the people who surround her with her heart-hitting beauty and scorching sex appeal. She is murdered and here the story takes a new turn. The suspense thriller, Rog has much in store for the audience. The film caption "When Love is a Disease" shows that the movie does have some exceptional package to offer upon release.
The film has been shot in Mumbai and Alibaug. Mahesh Bhatt has penned the story and MM Kareem is the person who is behind the tunes for the songs. Naleesh Mishra has written the lyrics together with Sayed Quadri who is the guest lyricist.
