The big budget flick is laced with a mega star cast, which utterly adds value to the film's promotion. RAKHT is a rehash of the Hollywood film, THE GIFT and vows to provide full entertainment to its audiences in terms of ample thrill, mystery and full action together with a handsome amount of heat provided by the steamy beauties.

Bipasha Basu and Dino Morea play the central leads of the film----Bipasha plays a tarot card reader and Dino plays Neha's husband.

Drishti (Bipasha Basu) is also gifted with a quality of visualizing the future. A young widow and a mother of an eight-year-old boy, she strongly takes charge of her life and accepts the bitterness bravely, which comes her way.

Rahul (Sanjay Dutt) is a school principal and engaged with the Mayor's daughter, Natasha (Amrita Arora) who is a pop singer. One day he comes to know that Natasha has suddenly disappeared. Upon not receiving an adequate help from the police, he goes to Drishti who finally helps him out.

Sunny (Dino Morea) and Rhea (Neha Dhupia) have a rough relationship, because he happens to be violent. Living in a constant fear due to Sunny's bad behavior, Rhea decides to meet Drishti to overcome this situation. The mystery makes circles around Sunny's character that is filled with intense shades. Mohit (Sunil Shetty) is crazy mechanic who has soft feelings for Drishti.

The music has been scored by Anand Raj Anand, who is known to produce hot item numbers like "Ishq Sumandar". The promos are out on all satellite channels raising the curiosity level of the cinegoers. No denying in saying, the promos have much appeal to capture the attention and help the moviegoers wait for the release, slated for July/August 2004.
