The flick's title shows as if it is based on a political satire but there is nothing about this business of politics in the movie. It also has nothing to do with the life of a famous politician Laloo Prasad Yadav instead it revolves around the four leading protagonists - Padmashree (Masumeh Makhija), Laloo (Sunil Shetty), Prasad (Mahesh Manjrekar) and Yadav (Johny Lever). Padmashree Laloo Prasad Yadav (PLPY) is a rip-roaring action comedy to provide an entertainment package to the moviegoers.

The reels open with Laloo who suffers from "shesightophrenia" - a psychological disorder. Duo to this psychological illness, whenever he sees gorgeous lass, goes out of control instantly.

Padma is his girl friend. She looks upset with Laloo's cheating and eve teasing with every good-looking girl. One day, this cheating irritates Padma heavily and she gets angry with Laloo. This anger takes Padma to Cape Town in South Africa where she is to recover some jewels. Her father's partner had stolen these jewels long time ago. Interestingly, when she lands in Cape Town, she finds Laloo there who comes to receive her. Laloo appeals her to forgive him and he is forgiven in return of his appeal. To fulfill her mission, Laloo uses his efforts to help her. But due to his carefree behavior and nature, he messes up things miserably. Now he has to seek someone's help. Finally he comes across a local hooligan called Johny (a club owner) and his sidekick named Yadav (Johny Lever). Since the jewels are in a bank's locker, they help Laloo and Padma to rob the bank. After they rob the bank and recover the stolen jewels, Padma starts double crossing the three and calls the cops who arrest Johny. Here Prasad (Mahesh Manjrekar) enters the scene as Johny's lawyer. Padma spreads her charms on him and plays love-games with him so that she can extract the information of jewels from him as to where Johny has hidden them. Laloo now begins to get jealous of Prasad while seeing the blooming love between the two but he does not know the reality that Padma is also playing love-games with Yadav.

 Here the story takes new turns when a cat and mouse game starts off amongst all the leading characters.

What will happen to jewels?
What will happen to the jealousy of the three men who are the sufferers of one clever girl's charms?

For the answers, the cinegoers have to get glued to the waiting seats till the film is out in theaters.

The movie is scheduled to release soon in December.
