SRK, Akshay, Preity in Kabhie Kabhie.

 It's a dream role for SRK. When Yash Chopra mentioned that he would remake Kabhie Kabhie, King Khan was very excited. Kabhi Kabhie was blockbuster in the 70's. Big B played in the lead along with Shashi Kapoor and Rakhee.
KING Khan will be playing as Amitabh Bachchan. Akshay Kumar has been roped in to play Shashi Kumar's role. This will be for the first time that Yash Chopra will work with Akshay Kumar. Preity Zinta will be playing Rakhee. Sources inform us that this remake won't be a frame-to-frame remake of the earlier film. The subject may be similar but the treatment and approach will be far more contemporary.
