Model-turned-actress Suchitra Pillai is now turning towards singing. Suchitra is currently working on her own music album. Once she carried one of her recorded songs to the set of Salman Khan's first Hollywood project Marigold. Suchitra who also stars in the film made director Willard Carroll and Salman Khan listen to this particular song. And the duo were so impressed with the composition that they wanted to use the track as a background piece in their film. So Suchitra Pillai will have an additional credit of singer-composer in Marigold.

She also adds that another version of her song is being used for some other foreign movie. Suchitra is yet to release her album and her songs are already popular.
