Gustad’s bail still uncertain

Mumbai Court on Monday postponed the hearing of filmmaker Kaizad Gustad, Ashish Udeshi, and Hardley D'Mello arrested in connection with the death of assistant director Nadia Khan. The police custody ended on Monday and the Railway Court had to decide on granting bail or extending police custody. The bail application was to be considered after the expiry of the police remand, the Metropolitan Magistrate P.T. Rahule said on June 10.

Nadia Khan, 27, Pakistani-born British national and assistant director for MUMBAI CENTRAL was knocked down by a suburban train on May 25 while shooting near Mahalaxmi station in south Mumbai and died at Nair Hospital.
