Eik Dastak's completion bash

Sea Studios' celebrated the completion of its forthcoming film 'Eik Dastak' at Sea Princess. The whole cast and crew graced the occasion. The celebs who came to glitter the event were: Vasundhara Das, Narendra N Jha, Amith Behl, Murli Sharma, Shrreya Narayan, Pankaja, Vineet Kumar, Yateen Karyekar, Charanjeet Singh, Liliput and others.
The singer Vasundhara Das, who is an actress also, is making her comeback to acting after 'Monsoon Wedding' and 'The Film' where she had played the leading roles. TThe storyline of the film revolves around taxmen struggling with the unpleasant task and the price that they have to pay when they lock horns while doing their duty with high and mighty. To give the film a realistic feel, the shooting has been done in real locations in and around Mumbai.
Shekhar S. Jha has written and directed the movie. He has also dolled up the screenplay and dialogues. The movie is the production of H R Bakhshi under his banner Sea Studios. The other technical team involves - Aniket as the Cinematographer, Music by Sukhwinder Singh, and Choreography by Baba Yadav and Sound Recording by Nihar Ranjan Samel. Currently the flick is under postproduction and is slated for May 2006 release all over.
