Celina has confirmed that it was a mutual decision and that she wanted to dissociate herself and terminated his service henceforth. The actress sent us a copy of the signed statement, in lieu of their mutual decision to withdraw the agreement amicably. It is done with mutual consent and shall hereafter hold no grudge or ill feelings against each other.

Says Celina, "This is to inform all concerned, more particularly from the Film Trade and the Advertising fraternity, that I have parted ways with my manager Mr. Prakash Jaju, who used to look after my professional work. This is also to intimate all concerned, to kindly contact me directly regarding dates as well as any other monetary aspects regarding Films, Endorsement etc.
