Vidya BalanVidya Balan is on a high these days. So with Lagey Raho Munnabhai just around the corner and biggies like Guru, Salaam-E-Ishq and Eklavya, this beautiful damsel's career is going great guns. Word has just come in that she has signed up for Priyadarshan's Chandramukhi opposite Akshay Kumar. Chandramukhi will be a remake of the Tamil super-hit Rajnikanth-Jyotika starrer of the same name. Bhushan Kumar of T-Series will produce the Hindi version.

From Chandramukhi, we move to Suryamukhi. Vidya has been signed for this film as well which is to be directed by Shaji Karun. This is the same film, which was initially offered to Madhuri Dixit and is based on the life of controversial painter Raja Ravi Varma who is credited for his paintings of the epics of Ramayana and Mahabharata. The final cast is yet to be finalized.
