'Anamika' is about relationships

Koena MitraBollywood actress Koena Mitra says that her forthcoming film 'Anamika - The Untold Story' focuses mainly on relationships. Director Ananth Mahadevan has just started shooting the film, reports Bollywood Trade.

"'Anamika' is a thriller with romance and a little action. It's being shot at a beautiful location in Rajasthan. I play Malini who's Dino's childhood friend. I look after his palace and his entire business but that's just a part of it. The film mainly revolves around relationships," said Koena. The actress will also be seen as an aspirant pop singer in "Apna Sapna Money Money".

"As the title suggests, everyone is running after money in the film. Every character has a dream and it's my dream to become a successful pop singer. So, it's about how I make money to fulfil my dream. Riteish Deshmukh plays my love interest in the film."

Probe her a little more and she adds, "I play this single girl who grows up all by herself. She's a great buddy who stands by all her friends and fights for them. Her friends are all she has and she is willing to do anything for them."

Well, the promo sure looks interesting with an ensemble cast - Jackie Shroff, Anupam Kher, Suniel Shetty, Riteish, Koena, Riya Sen, Celina Jaitley, Shreyas Talpade, Chunky Pandey and Rajpal Yadav.
