Dileep the hit hero in Malayalam cinema to going to try something novel very soon. This actor well known for his comedy track will now act in action cinema. Dileep will be staring as an action hero in Joshi's VALAYAR CHECK POST.

Dileep says that he is not confident if the audiences will accept his new avtaar, but he wants to try this new kind of cinema with all commercial elements. Kavya Madhavan is signed as the heroine for this film. The star cast also includes Harisiri Asokan, Salim Kumar. Indrajeet will be playing in a role that has negative shade. The film, which will be a Vishu release, will go on floor on 20th of October.

Probably this is the first time that action film director Joshi is teaming with a comedy star. Udayakrishnan and Sibi K Thomas script the film.
