Jyothika is not a new name for Malayalam cine fans. Her first film RAKILIPATTU that was directed by Priyadarshan is yet to see the light of the day. Her second film SEETHARAMA KALYANAM is incomplete. Rumours are rife that she will be acting in a Malayalam film opposite leading star Dileep. Apart from this she will also in another film titled MUMBAI IMPORT opposite Nana Patekar.

But Jyothika has something else to say. She told our sources that as of now she has not been contacted by any Malayalam directors or producers. All news that she will acting opposite Dileep is untrue.
