Dileep 'accused' for an act of suing a producer is 'cleared' for the time being by the film chamber. And a producer eager to exploit the Dileep wave was quick to cast him in a new film. The film named Sadananthante Samayam is directed by Akbar Jose and produced by Jayasankar; Naushad and Sabuddin under Souparnika arts will start shooting in July. Kavya Madhavan is the heroine. J Pallasery writes the story. Five songs were recorded which were written by Yusuf Ali Kechery and music was scored by Mohan Sithara. Yesudas and Chitra are the main singers.

Meera jasmine gets a Malayalam film

Meera Jasmine the heroine of Sutradharan is signed as heroine in a film being directed by Sunder Das. Prithviraj is the hero. A love story in a Christian background this is written by Vasya Vachas. Jagathy, Janardhanan, Oduvil, and Ambika are the main actors. Five songs for the film were recorded in a studio in Trissur. The lyrics are by Gireesh Puthanchery and music by Ouseppachan. Yesudas, K S Chitra, Asha Menon, Vidhu Pratap, and Santhosh Kesav are the play back singers.

A committed filmmaker Sarath is handling a unique subject in his second film. It is the politics of water. Water is always a subject of war. He wants to show India in this backdrop of water politics. His first film was on politics of nuclear weapons. Miss world Yuktha Mukhey acts as a contestant and winner in the miss world competition in this film.
