Satyan Anthikad has recorded four songs for his new film at a studio in Trissur. Chitra, Yesudas and Jayachandran sang these songs. Kaithapram wrote the lyrics and music was scored by Johnson. After a long gap of time Lohita Das has written the script for this Satyan Anthikad film.

Jayaram has been selected for the leading role. He portrays a young man who is proud of his father and wants his fame to be everlasting. The theme has a humorous touch. Heroine is yet to be decided. KPAC Lalitha, Nedumudi Venu are among the main artists. The shooting will take place in Palghat.

Vasundharan Das opposite Mukesh

Mukesh is perhaps the only artist who has acted with most number of heroines and that too in their debut roles. His heroines include Deepika of teleserial Ramayan fame. A good number of new actresses came to the screen acting opposite Mukesh. The trend has changed now. Now days Mukesh is cast opposite those who have already appeared in one or two pictures.

It is Vasundhara Das now. Vasundhara Das appears once again in Malayalam. The film is named Akaasangalili Parannu Parannu. Geethu Mohandas is another leading lady. This is written and directed by Jayakrishnan.

Beware! 'Punnarathumbikal' is coming

R J Prasad who started the soft porn craze in 2000 in Malayalam and who discovered Shakeela is getting ready for another innings. His first film Kinnarathumbikal scooped a lot of money and was followed by a number of similar films by other producers. Prasad plans another film, this time with completely new actors. He has named it as Punnarathumbikal thus insuring the box office success. Prasad will write the story, screen play, dialogues, will also handle the camera and direct the film.

Jayasoorya in Atma

Jayasoorya has been cast in Atma along with Sneha being directed by Jose Thomas. Udaykrishnan and Sibi K Thomas are to write the script Jagathy, Jagadeesh, Kalabhavan Mani, Abbas are the main actors.
