Hit comedy star Dileep of Malayalam cinema turns to be action hero with the film RUNWAY. The film is to be directed by Joshi. Dileep plays the role of smuggler who has connections with the underworld. He goes to Dubai at a very young age and gets into the unwanted.

Now years later he comes back to his hometown. And he meets his brother Balu, now a police officer. Indrajit plays this role. Kavya Madhavan plays the role of Dileep's heroine.

RUNWAY also has Harisree Asokan as Dileep's friend. Kaviyoor Ponnamma as his mother, Suja Karthika plays the role of Dileep's sister. The film has been scripted by Uday Krishnan and Sibi K Thomas. Tamil actors Raj Kiran and Riyaz Khan would also be acting in this film.
