Priyadarshan's last Malayalam film KILICHUNDAN MAMBAZHAM, a Mohanlal movie, was a big flop. Now Priyadarshan wants to save his face. At the same time he wants to save his long time friend Mohanlal from his flattening career graph. Mohanlal will be the hero of this film. But Dileep too plays an important character.

G. Suresh Kumar, Mohanlal's friend, is the producer. S. Kumar will wield the camera. Mohanlal, who has completed silver jubilee in Malayalam film industry, is doing another project with his long-term close friends- Priyadarshan, G. Suresh Kumar and S. Kumar. Jagathy, Salim Kumar, Harishree Ashokan, Innocent, Cochin Haneefa, Oduvil Unnikrishnan will also act in this film.

It is second time Mohanlal and Dileep acting together in a Malayalam film. Earlier they have acted in VARNAPAKITTU- an I. V. Sasi film. But in VARNAPAKITTU Dileep had only a brief role. Dileep had earlier acted in Priyadarshan's MEGHAM with Mammootty.

Now once again, Malayalam viewers are impatiently waiting for another wonder from Priyan through Mohanlal and Dileep.
