Balachandran used to see this girl several times while commuting in the bus. And one fine morning he opened his room window and there she is standing on the terrace of the opposite building! He did not know that she was staying so close by. He was instantly attracted to her on the very first day he saw her in the bus.

After that he saw her several times in the bus. He was thrilled to see her now in the next building. This is a beginning of a romantic story intertwined with humor and a slight shade of grief.

A new heroine is being introduced in 'PRANAYAMANI THOOVAL'. It is Gopika and the hero is Vineeth Kumar. Jayasoorya has an equally important role in 'PRANAYAMANI THOOVAL'. While Jayasoorya is a college student, Vineeth Kumar plays a young advertisement filmmaker. A romantic story intertwined with humor it narrates the story of Balachandran and Meera.

Kaloor Denise writes the script for this film, which has a strong flash back-story. Dinu Denise son of Kaloor Denise is being introduced in this film as a villain. It is produced by PKR Pillai who also produced the all time hit CHITRAM years ago. The film also has Harisree Asokan, Manka Mahesh, Zeenath, and Ravi Vallathol in its cast.
