It was a special occasion. Ministers, political leaders, and film industry people gathered for the pooja and recording of songs of Tenali Raman, produced by Raisa productions and directed by Akhilesh. The ceremony took place at Kalabhavan Theater.

Former chief minister K Karunaklaran lit the ceremony lamp. Minister B Karthikeayan switched on the camera. Padmaja Venugopal, and others were present.

The songs were recorded at S. S. digital studios at Thycaud. S Ramesan Nair wrote the songs and Berny Ignatius team scored the music.

Yesudas, Jayachandran, and M G Sreekumar sang the songs.

Mukesh and Aiswarya appear in the leading role. Jagathy, Janardhanan, Harisree Asokan, Indrans are the other actors.

Rajan Kiriyath has written the story, Script and dialogues. K P nambiathiri does the cinematography.

Hridayapoorvam

M. R. Kannan directs Hridayapoorvam produced by Vadakkepparambil films. Siddiq Lal lighted the ceremony lamp on the occasion of the pooja.

New artists are cast in the lead roles and Rajan P Dev, Cochin Haneefa, Salim Kumar, Mala, K P A C Lalitha, Anuroopa, Bindu Panikkar are acting in the film. This is Kannan's first directorial venture.
