Famous star of yester year Zeenat Aman stars in Rajeevnath's film MOKSHAM. The film has been shot in Russia. Zeenat has been paired opposite Anoop. Last we saw her on screen was in BOOM a Hindi flick. Actually Zeenat has rejected many offers, but when she heard the story of MOKSHA, she was so excited that she accepted the offer at once.

Zeenat plays the role of a Russian professor. Radha Madhavan (Anoop) and his family, which consists of his mother, are settled in USA. Radha's mother dies. And he as per her wish sets out with her mortal remains to India to cremate her near her husband's tomb. But due to the September 11 attacks the plane is landed in Russia.

Radha does not know what to do. His sad state comes in the newspaper. A professor Babylona Menon (Zeenat Aman) comes to his rescue. Radha is unable to fulfill his mother's wish. She is cremated in Russia. A relationship develops between Radha and Babylona Menon.

MOKSHAM also stars Jagathy Sreekumar and a couple of Russian artists. Songs are compiled Balabhaskar and the music is scored by Kavalam. Rajeevnath has written the story-screenplay and has also directed the film. Renji Panicker has penned the dialogues. MOKSHAM will hit theatres in the month of May.
