Debutant director G Sreekantan's JUNIOR SENIOR stars Mukesh as senior Manu, Chackochan as junior Kichu (Krishna Kumar). Manu runs an advertising agency that is actually owned by his wife and KK Nambiar's daughter, Renji. Kishu is a rich landlord's son but after his father's death he stands by Manu in order to save his family from sinking. Manu comes up with a master plan to get his father-in-law kidnapped, where he was to come to his rescue. But the plan falters and he fails to impress him. The entry of Akhila takes a new turn in the film.

Sreerenjini (SASNEHAM SUMITRA) plays Renju and CI Paul dons the role of KK Nambiar, while Meenakshi plays Akila. Meenakshi is familiar to Keralites as the ghost with ravishing looks in Vinayan's VELLINAKSHATRAM. Meenakshi was a very successful model with campaigns including Pepsi alongside Madhavan. After her debut in Tamil films with a few hits, she has now shifted focus to Malayalam films.
