After a string of Onam films, now three films are ready for the release. The major highlight of these movies is that Suresh Gopi and Jayaram, after a brief gap, are coming back to the theatre. As part of the survival both experiment different roles.

While Jayaram tests an action role, Suresh Gopi goes back to a family hero. The movie IVAR directed by noted director T K Rajeev Kumar, trying to unearth an underworld saga. There are two rival gangs in this film. The film attempts to understand the real inner world of the much-hyped underworld gangs.

Santhosh Damodaran produces the film under the banner of Damor Cinema. The focus is on a youth named Raghava Menon. Jayram plays Raghava Menon. He joins the dreaded underworld gang led by Jose, known as Pambu Jose. Biju Menon excels in the character of Pambu Jose. Anil Murali, who had made his debut with VAALKANNAADI, plays another underworld don, Ninja Hakkim. Bhavana is the lead heroine. She plays the role of a DGP's daughter.

Also in the cast are Siddique, Anoop Menon, Devi Ajith, P Balachandran, Riza Bawa, Vinayakan, Janardhanan etc. Songs written by B R Prasad are composed by Sreenivas. Madhu Neelakantan is the cinematographer while Gireesh Menon is the art-director.

Suresh Gopi is back with a bang in the film PARANJU THEERATHA VISESHANGAL. This is a movie based on a novel "Balikkalam" written by E. V. Sreedharan. The movie directed by Harikumar experiments a new Suresh Gopi. Instead of an uncompromising police officer (this was Suresh Gopi's usual stale roles) Suresh Gopi plays the role of a family man. He plays the role of Rajeevan, an architect. Suresh Gopi through this role drives home an anti-divorce message.

He is paired with Lakshmi Gopalaswamy, who takes up the role of Vijayalakshmi, a bank officer, who is Rajeevan's wife in this film. Vijayalakshmi ties the knot with Rajeevan without her parents consent. They were an ideal couple and many are jealous of their relation. But all of a sudden some misunderstanding takes place and leads to a divorce. Two years after divorce, they meet and become friends.

Manya is another heroine who did the role of Anjana. She creates much havoc in Rajeevan's family life.

Suresh Gopi decided to take up the role with the aim of conveying the importance of good family relations, especially to the youth.

KERALA HOUSE VILPANAKKU is the third film ready for release. It is a comedy film. A new actress Geli tests her luck in this Thaha movie. Thaha directs this movie after his super hit Dileep movie PARAKKUM THALIKA. Jayasurya is in the lead role. After hedid a successful role in SWAPNAKOODU, Jayasurya is trying to keep his image.

Gireesh Puthenchery has written Screen play and dialogue. He has put his hand in a new field of screenplay writing. The songs written Kaloor Dennis, music is by Ousappachan. Ousappachan produces this film under the banner Chitrangana. Harishree Asokan, Kochin Haneefa, Narendra Prasad, Machan Varghese, Salim Kumar have also acted in this film.
