Raunchy! Yeah, Rakhi likes it that way

Her 'come-to-bedroom' eyes, washboard abs, those killer moves and a bustline that screams for attention each time she squeezes into itsy-bitsy nothings. The Sawant sizzler leaves nothing to guesses!

Fiery, fiesty and ekdum bindaas, Rakhi is mirchi on and off-screen. Chatting this saucy item girl feels like digging into a copy of Stardust. She gives you the gup & the gossip, scandals and showdowns, backbites and the bitchiness.

Sharm-o-haya is a stranger to Rakhi. Catch this wild cat breathe fire...

Rakhi SawantOn being the Remix Rani
"Music bazaar bada thanda hain!"

Naye gaane kahan chalte hain? So if remixes work, then I am all for it! I don't think there is anything wrong with remixes. On the contrary, the videos have brought me a lot of publicity and made me a known face. Besides, the music bazaar is drying up. So if we are unable to give good original music, remixes are the next choice that audiences will go for. Don't scoff at that!

People think your videos are vulgar!

"Din mein bhaiyya, raat mein saiyya!"

"Yeh toh wahi baat hain, din mein bhaiyya, raat mein saiyya!" I don't think there is nothing vulgar about my dance nor the video. People still talk about my Pardesiya video. People liked the energy and beats that the video had. Besides, today the market demands videos that are wild & fast. I don't think being 'hot' is vulgar. Baki, jinko aankh ki sharam hain, woh na dekhe!

Dance Diva
"I have no competition in Bollywood" she says, flaunting a 'devil-may-care' attitude.

People may call me 'vain-brain' and pompous but I really think there aren't too many good dancers around. Britney, Janet Jackson and J'Lo are my competition. Out here everybody does the usual jhatka-matka stuff but I am into aerobic dances. I want to be able to squats, handstand and all sporty stuff! I am training very hard for that. My forthcoming T-series video will feature me in an all-new avatar.

Miss.Twinkle Toes

"I like the Kapoor sisters. I think both Karisma & Kareena are great dancers! I enjoy watching them. Kajol, I like for soft, breezy numbers. Baaki toh sab thandi hain!" she teases.

On Mallika Sherawat

"Mallika ko fauran ek dance master rakh lena chahiye!" she comes caustic on the bombshell. Mallika has a great bod, she acts well too but the lady can't dance for nuts. Toh, I feel that if she shuts her mouth for a while and brushes up her dance skills, she'll do very well!

Going Belibaas with Rakhi
The 'Pardesiya' Porgi

"Gosh, that is one wild story!" she exclaims, wide-eyed

"If you remember the famous Pardesiya short skirt, it was a real short one, a micro mini. Add to that the skirt had a sidetrack with cross-strings running right up to my hip, giving the camera a side glimpse of my legs. Now imagine how I must have managed my inner wear! I was so conscious of whether my lingerie is pepping!" she coos.

"If that wasn't enough, I had to do vigorous dance steps in that little number. So the shoot was pretty hilarious. After every shot, I would have to adjust my skirt such that it gave a bold effect, while being cautious. It is even worse when you know that the sets are crowded with a hundred eyes prying on you" the hottie tells us.

"Even exposure isn't a cakewalk," she laughs, giving us a taste of her wicked humour.

Has a producer ever forced you to wear anything uncomfortable?

No, I have not been forced, requested, yes. There was this video that I did was for a Canadian singer where the producer requested off me a backless mid-shot. At first, I told him a flat 'No' but finally let go and did it.

"But I usually never tell my producers a no, I mean work-wise, huh!" she whips up a double entendre.

Shahrukh & Sanjay on Rakhi...
Shahrukh had thrown a success celebration party for Main Hoon Na and I was there all dressed up for a performance. When Shahrukh and Farah came in, they saw me and told, "Wow Rakhi, you look like a bomb!" That was huge!

Another instance is when I had gone for an event and Sanjay Dutt too was present. I had just wrapped up my performance and Sanju was called on to the podium to give a speech. He walked up to the stage and said, 'Now what do you want to hear from me, just chill and watch Rakhi's performance, nah!" That was a very special for me.

Rakhi's date dude
"I'll teach Emraan a thing or two about kissing!"

'Fardeen, Zayed or Emraan, who would make her date dude' we ask. "Zayed ke saath maine kaam kiya hain, aage kuch nahi kehna chahoongi" she says cryptically. Zayed cancel, toh uska bhai ka toh sawaal hi nahi hain. Sorry Fardeen!

The one remaining is Emraan Hashmi, right? Well, I have seen that he has kissed every heroine in each film of his. So, Emraan is ideal 'date' material. I think I'll teach him a thing or too about passionate liplock when we meet up over dinner & wine" she winks and then lets out a hearty laugh.

We told you, this one was haughty!

My favorite 'Item Boy'
Hamare Bachchan saab ke suputr, Abhishek Bachchan. I really like his style. I remember when he started out, he was so awkward and coltish, par ab, he has matured so much both as an actor and a dancer. His 'One love' shows how much he has learnt. I liked the whole hip-hop bit he did in the song. Besides, he is a very good-looking guy and is well mannered too. Mujhe unki yeh baat bahut acchi lagti hain!

"Mujhe lagta hain, we'll make a great 'item jodi" she smiles.

3 things that impress Rakhi in a man...
"He should be Mr. Moneybags!" she says upfront. "I can't live on love & fresh air, I want my spoils!" she laughs. "So bring along the penthouse, the limo and the solitaires," she chides.

"The guy shouldn't get carried away with my glam-image. That isn't for real. The stargiri is left at the studios. Back home, I am just like any other girl" she tells. "And hey, I am sure going to work after marriage, so men who aren't open to that, have the door open" she grins.

"Finally, I am a wild sort-a girl, I have my quirks. I have a thing for dangerous stuff and the kind, so for a 'bad' girl like me, a mamma's boy is going to be a complete mismatch" she says & lets out a wicked smile.

Why aren't you seen in solo leads?
Frankly, I am very happy with the way my career has shaped up. I am a cop's daughter, we have no filmy connection. All that I have achieved is done by me. I don't have any sugar-daddy or godfather to flaunt. I am at a stage in my career where I want to take it easy.

Unlike other people, I am not going to go to directors and challenge them to carry the whole film on my shoulders. Nah, I don't want to do that as of now. Having said that, I am playing the lead role alongside Ishaa Koppikar in Gahraae. See, I am a theatre girl; my talent is not going to betray me.

The Mirchi mulgi shoots...
Your sexiest body part...

My waist! It is very well-toned and in great shape!

Your sex-appeal...
My eyes!

A Bollywood star you think is super-sexy
Sanjay Dutt

Sexiest Hollywood star
"Jim Carry" she squirms. Jim Carrey?! we wonder, "I know he is the fun face of Hollywood but I find him cute!" Rakhi pleads.

Sexiest compliment
When my fans calls me 'Mirchi'
