Asin who was previously casted against Abhishek Bachchan in Ashutosh Gowarikar’s ‘Khelein Hum Jee Jaan Se’ has taken a sudden exit from doing the movie.

Now, Ashutosh has signed Deepika Padukone for the movie.

Deepika will fly to Goa to do the film based on the Chittagong Uprising of 1930.

Ashutosh’s wife and producer Sunita Gowarikar confirmed the news saying, “Yes, Deepika is on. We are looking forward to working with her and we start shooting on the 9th of November.”
