According to latest news, the recent video launch of ‘Mere Sang’ from ‘New York’ has been in news, and has also raised many eyebrows over the steaming saucy scenes between Katrina & John. People have been already linking John & Katrina & saying they have come quite close to each other on sets of New York,  this has displeased Salman immensely. And now this song adds fuel to the fire.

The sexy video is very popular and gaining demand among youngsters to see the passionate act. Some people view it negatively & many controversies are also rising regarding it.

Katrina justified the song & clarified her stand by saying that,  "The song has been canned aesthetically and moreover it justifies the demand of the script. She said, "Only when you will see the film, will you realize the need for the song. The film has a space for this song. It comes in a very beautiful place. I think there is nothing offensive in it. It has been done in a very aesthetic way."

John too shared similar views & clarified by saying that, "One can`t understand the sensitivity of the issue unless one watches the film. Once you see the film, you will be convinced of how beautifully the song relates to the script. It`s very easy for us to look at it in isolation and say that the song is totally different from what ‘New York’ is all about. But that`s not the case."

Many people also say that the song is filmed deliberately to fetch audiences, capture audience interest and act as a item no. as a steamy scene between John & Katrina is a sure sell.

 Blasting these publicity gimmicks, a concerned John said, "Kabir Khan is not the kind director who needs to garner publicity for a film by such songs. There are certain directors and actors in the film industry who probably can do so. But ‘New York’ in itself is so strong and credible film that it doesn`t need such publicity."

John & Katrina sure look upset.
