The first thing that Helen does when she meets Malaika Arora Khan is run her hands through her bahus hair. And no, it's not the beginning of one more hair-raising saas-bahu jhagda.

"Look at you. I have always told you that you look so good with long hair. Now don't wear it short," Helen says, still lovingly playing with Malaika's locks. They genuinely meet after "a long, long time".

Helen was hungry, so we gesture to the chef to rustle up a platter of kebabs. "My cardiologist has put a lot of diet restrictions on me, but all of it is not applicable today," she laughs. "Though I won't be able to do any dessert," she chuckles.

Malaika later reveals where those kebabs would actually go - whenever she cooks something, Helen always packs a part of the food in a tiffin box for her grandson Arhaan.

But there's one more surprise in store for us, this time from Malaika. "You know aunty? I will be joining the London Institute of Culinary Sciences for a three-week course. And when I come back, you can expect a few tiffin boxes from me too," Malaika breaks into a giggle.

Helen informs Malaika that she has recently done a glam role. As Malaika widens her eyes, she says that it's the role of a glamorous daadi! "In the film (Dunno Y, Na Jaane Kyun), I play a grumpy granny who is never satisfied by her bahu," she smiles, teasingly.

While Malaika admits to having idolised Helen whilst growing up, ask her to rate her sex appeal on a scale of 1 to 10 and she exclaims, "I would give her full marks! I think no other heroine can ever equate her sex quotient when she was the glam girl on screen."

At that, Helen chimes back, "I would rate you as a nine, I think my bahu looks more glamorous than most actresses who look so awful off camera."

Yeah, two top glamour dolls of two eras in the same family? Some Khandaans have all the luck!

Helen on Malaika: "Though I regard her as a great dancer, I would rate her as nine out of ten. The perfect ten would always go to Waheeda Rehman!"

Malaika on Helen: "When I met Arbaaz and was about to meet you before my marriage, I hadn't seen Sholay. Arbaaz said, Which planet do you come from? That was when I saw it."
