Regarding her character in Paying Guests, Sayali said she played a television channel head who helps the male protagonists with jobs and accommodation.

She said she has been paired opposite Javed Jaffri.

Sayali admitted that the film industry was a family business and there was less space for newcomers from outside.

She said initially after winning the Miss India crown, she concentrated only on modelling.

"I later realised that modelling was getting monotonous and wanted a change. It is then The Train came my way. I worked in films like Halla Bol, Good Luck and some Tamil and Telugu films also which did well at the Box Office," she said.

The model turned actress said she was presently working in Big Pictures film Chaloo Movie and Wilson Louis's Shout.
