Mumbai: In a day and age when celebrity cat-fights make more headlines than any other piece of news, we present a rare story of a budding friendship.

Priyanka Chopra and Deepika Padukone are currently Bollywood's most in-demand actresses. They are also, however, two ladies with a lot of enemies and a lot of grudges. Be it Deepika's envy with Bipasha or more recently with Katrina, or be it Priyanka's friendship gone sour with Kareena Kapoor.

It is therefore surprising, that these two leading ladies have formed a warm friendship. According to reports, both Deepika and Priyanka have made it a point to spend time with each other. Reports say that despite a hectic schedule, Deepika made time to attend Priyanka's party that the actress threw for Hollywood friend Gerard Butler.

In return, Priyanka was the first to arrive at Deepika's dinner party some months ago. Not only this, reports have also quoted Priyanka saying Deepika is a great girl, and how the two got along like a house on fire, even before Deepika hit the limelight with Om Shanti Om.
