London: Former "Friends" star Jennifer Aniston will be directing a movie, reports the Dailymail Online.

Aniston, 40, is due to direct and star in "Goree Girls", a movie about an all-girl country and western band that becomes a hit while in jail.

The "Marley and Me" star has also asked Scottish actor Gerard Butler to star alongside her.
