"Munchu Kurise Velalo" is directed by Ashok Kumar and produced by RV Ramanamurthy on the banner of Lalithasri Combines. Most prominent faces in the movie are Yuvaraj, Purnita, Payal, Kranti and Saratbabu.

The sources state that 50% of the movie has been completed in the first schedule. Major love scenes, climax shots and songs are being picturised. Yuvaraj, Purnitha, Payal, Kranthi have mind blowing performances in the movie. In April shooting for the movie would be completed.

In the film Saratbabu has a memorable role, that of a man filled with love. Sita the senior artist will appear in the climax scene. The other actors in the film are LB Sriram, TL Kanta Rao, Madanbabu and Nizhalgal Ravi.

Film is scripted by Dr C. Narayana Reddy, Veturi Sundarama Murthy, Sirivennela Sitarama Sastry, Sai Sriharsha. Kalaga Krishnamohan and Usha Khanna have provided melodious tunes for all the songs. Most renowned singers like Ustad Gulam Ali, Dr SP Balasubrahmanyam, Chitra, Sunitha, Malati, Usha, Vijayalakshmi and Surekha Murthy have given their voices in the film for the songs.
