Mumbai: Monica Bedi has been flooded with offers after her stint in Big Boss 2.

She is one of the contestants in Jhalak Dikhla Jha - Season 3 and is paired opposite Javed Sanadi.

And did you hear this? She is making a devotional music album called Ek Omkaar.  The album is a collection of chants taken from the Guru Granth Sahib, the holy book of the Sikhs.

"I have never taken any professional training in music and I never ever thought that I will sing for an album one day. But more than singing, this album is about chanting god's prayers and saying his words and I have sung it from my heart," Monica said in an interview to a TV channel.

The album is in Punjabi and Monica, though fluent in Punjabi,  had apprehensions initially about her diction.  But once she had started recording she was more confident and happy with the way the album was progressing, she said.

"I am a strong believer in god. In my tough times, I used to seek comfort by offering prayers to god only. My message to people through this music album is that we cannot doubt god; He really exists and He does listen to our prayers. You just have to surrender to Him at times and then He would give you the strength to cope with your hardships," she said.

A nice end indeed, to a tumultuous phase in her life!
