London: Hollywood actress and singer-songwriter Jennifer Love Hewitt has split with her fiance of two years, Scottish actor Ross McCall.

“The Ghost Whisperer” actress got engaged to McCall in 2007 after dating him for two years but called it splits over Christmas last year, reports thesun.co.uk.

“They broke up over the holidays and ended their engagement. They are both really sad about this. Even their friends are surprised, as they seemed really happy. Everyone just wants the best for both of them,” said a source close to them.
