London: Heather Mills, ex-wife of Beatles legend Sir Paul McCartney, has blown up 10 million pounds of her huge divorce settlement in only seven months.

Thesun.co.uk reports that she has supposedly spent money on properties, lavish holidays and a staff wages bill of up to 500,000 pounds. She was awarded 24.3 million pounds as divorce settlement.

She also has to pay off her former publicist and divorce lawyers.

A source said: "She has been moaning her money isnt going as far as she thought, but shes just burning her way through it. She reckons she has spent 10 million pounds since the divorce and still doesnt have a finished house to live in. She hasnt changed. In her eyes, the whole world is against her."

But she has also donated money to homeless children providing them with vegetarian food.
