New York: "The Princess Diaries" star Anne Hathaway is now Broadway bound.

Hathaway and former "Will & Grace" star Sean Hayes are in negotiations to hit the high notes in comedy musical "Promises, Promises", reported imdb.com.

The stageshow is a musical rendering of Billy Wilder's "The Apartment". According to reports, the original "Promises, Promises" broadway musical ran from 1968 until 1972.
