Acting never interfered with studies: Franco
Tuesday, October 21, 2008 12:21 [IST]

London: Actor James Franco, who stars in "Spiderman", did not allow his acting career to interfere with his studies and would fly to Los Angeles from his film location just to attend class.

Franco was studying for an English Literature degree at university while shooting for a biopic on Harvey Milk with Sean Penn in California. He had to rush to class to attend important lectures, reports contactmusic.com.

He said: "That was a little crazy (but) somehow it worked. There were some days when we were doing night shoots when I would fly from San Francisco to L.A. in the morning, go to class, and then go from UCLA to the airport, fly back, and then work on Milk."
