Meryl Streep slams celebrity parents

London: Oscar winner Meryl Streep is critical of celebrity parents who sell their baby's pictures for money since she thinks privacy is more important then the money made.

According to contactmusic.com, Streep gets distressed when she hears of how some parents negotiate the amount for the baby pictures even if the cash is for charity. Streep said: "One thing I learned very early on is when you're famous, you lose your right to privacy. And if you promote your children, if you have them photographed, then they lose their rights. "But if you do not have them photographed and do not sell them to OK! magazine, they have the right to privacy and citizenship.
