She is all of 17 but she has got a profile to die for. Hansika Motwani has shared screen space with the best in the business, be it Hrithik Roshan in Koi Mil Gaya or a car commercial with Shah Rukh Khan.
After sharing screen space with Himmesh Reshammiya in Aap ka Suroor, this teenager will be seen again in Money Hai Toh Honey Hai.
Hansika is playing the role of an actor in the movie and she says that it wasn’t a difficult call for her.
“I play one of the most sought after TV actresses who wants to get into Bollywood. I’m playing a funny character in the movie,” she says.
This young girl surely seemed to have taken offense when we asked her if Govinda, her co-star, in the movie gave her some tips on acting.
“Age doesn’t matter. So what if I’m younger? The co-stars and Govinda sir never gave me any tips. He was very pleasing on the sets. Nobody treats me like a bacchi,” she insists.
As her about her future plans and she says that she wants to complete her studies first. “I am extremely fortunate to have stepped into the industry at a young age. Now, I’ll have a well-planned future ahead of me. At present, I’m studying for the 12th standard in a regular school and I’m also working at the same time,” says Hansika.
But since her work takes up majority of her time, we wonder if she misses out on a lot of fun things that teenagers her age indulge in.
She says, “I don’t miss out on anything. I bunk classes, have fun with my teachers and go out with friends.”
But what about ‘dating’ a guy? We ask.
Hansika, has surely learnt the tricks of the trade at a very young age, doesn’t disclose anything and says very diplomatically, “At present, I’m dating the camera.” (Whatever that means!)
Okay so, as an actress, is she open to bold scenes, item numbers and skin show, we ask. Hansika takes a few seconds to think and says, “I really don’t know but if a role demands it, I’ll give it a thought.”
The answer was so filmy that we didn’t ask her another question.
