Soap queen Ekta Kapoor has been threatened by a ‘local don’. The don in question had an accident and while recuperating in the hospital, he decided that he couldn’t live without Sakshi Tanwar, the love of his life. So the ‘don’ just picked up his mobile, dialled Ekta’s mobile number and told her that the first person that he wants to see after his release, should be Sakshi.

We don’t know whether Ekta obliges or not but she surely doesn’t play a spoilsport. Because it’s the shooting of a film. The incident happens in Sachin Yardi’s C Kompany in which Ekta Kapoor plays herself. And the don in question? It’s Mithun Chakraborty.

“I play a very funny character in C Kompany. I’m this local don, who always goes around carrying a satellite so that he can watch his favourite serials when they are aired,” said Mithun.

He adds, “One day when he gets hurt, he calls up Ekta and threatens her that when the doctors open his bandages that first thing he wants to see Sakshi Tanvar and that Ekta should air the serial accordingly.”

Obviously threatening the soap princess Ekta was a big kick for Mithun.“Threatening Ekta was a thrill you know. I had great fun doing the scene. When I came to know that there was a scene like this, I was very amused,” he said.
