London: Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards revealed that he illegally carries a dangerous knife with him for self defence.Contactmusic.com reports that the 64-year-old outspoken rocker has long been known to own a ratchet knife with a six-inch blade, and he still carries it tucked in his pants. The singer admits the knife has been a constant companion ever since he had learnt to use it on a trip to Jamaica.
He said: "The actual cut doesn't hurt. All the blood comes down, and then you kick the f**ker in the balls. It's a very efficient way of dealing with problems. I learned it in Jamaica. I've always carried one."
He hasn't used it yet, but is clearly breaking British law by just carrying the weapon around. He was arrested in 1975 in the US when he was stopped by an Arkansas cop who found the concealed weapon. Fortunately for the singer the charges were later dropped.
