New York: Oscar winning actor Michael Douglas is being sued by his business partner Zack Norman who claims he got cheated out of millions of dollars.

Tmz.com reports that Norman, who even starred with Douglas in "Romancing the Stone" in 1984, filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles County Superior Court. Norman is suing Douglas over a complicated business deal gone bad.

Norman claims that Douglas and he became partners in a company that helped develop entertainment projects. Norman was supposedly promised a $1 million as a bonus for arranging the deal, which did not finalise. So, Norman claims Douglas' people sabotaged the deal and he now wants to get his bonus anyway.
