London: Pop star Madonna is reportedly going through a drastic makeover just before she releases her new album and goes on a world tour, expected to get her 30 million pounds.

According to mirror.co.uk, the bruises under her eyes have healed and she has discarded the oversized glasses. Madonna has teamed up with singer Justin Timberlake for her new album "Hard Candy".

She has spent a lot on flying journalists from all over the world to meet her in Los Angeles. But the scribes were apparently warned to not ask her about her cosmetic surgery.

The queen of pop is said to have got a top surgeon to do a thread-lift procedure to lift the tissues in the face, neck and eyebrows. She recently said: "I want more, more, more. I'm not stepping down, I'm stepping up careerwise. There's no exit plan."
