New York: "Bourne Ultimatum" star Matt Damon is to become a father for the second time.

Damon's wife Luciana will give birth to their second child later this year, hollywood.com reports.

The couple, which has a daughter Isabella, announced the news after attending the Empire Film Awards in London on Sunday night.

Jennifer Allen, Damon's spokesperson, said, "They couldn't be happier. They re so excited!" Damon is also stepfather to Luciana's nine-year-old daughter Alexia.
