Manwa Naik (Manjeet of Teen Bahuraaniyan), whom you recently saw in Jodhaa Akbar, will no longer be a part of the serial as she has decided to quit the show. Since she was very clear that she wants to opt out, the production house had no option but to kill the character.

Manwa is not disclosing if she is doing any other shows but according to sources she will play the lead in a rival channel’s soap. She says she was not happy with the way her character was shaping up.

With Vrinda Massi’s (Smriti Irani’s ) entry all the focus shifted to Janaki and Manwa apparently was not happy with that. Said creative head Tanu, “From our end we tried our best to do justice to her role, but as a production house we couldn’t really force her to do the role if she didn’t want to. We wish her best of luck for her future.”
