London: Britney Spears was spotted with a noticeable bump when she went out to eat in Hollywood. This has sparked rumours that the troubled pop star is pregnant.
Thesun.co.uk reports that Spears is dating photographer Adnan Ghalib and her belly looked rounded and her face bloated while she ate out at a sushi restaurant.
However, her family members say that is just weight she put on after her father Jamie banned her from taking any drug expect for those prescribed by her doctor. She is taking medication for mental health problems.
