Federline recently appeared briefly in a few episodes of the TV shows "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation" and "One Tree Hill" and his career now seems to be taking off, contactmusic.com reports.

"He is evaluating two or three opportunities right now and he'll decide shortly which one he wants to put his energy into," said his lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan.

Kaplan also pointed out that Federline's top priority is his two sons.

He added: "Regardless which job he chooses, it won't require him to be away from his children on any extensive basis."
