New York:Oscar winning actress-singer Cher recently confirmed rumours that she dated superstar Tom Cruise in the 80s.

Cher made the revelation on a TV show, pagesix.com reports. She said that Cruise was not a Scientologist back them and that was "just the most adorable man you can imagine".

She said her ex-husband Sonny Bono was also a Scientologist.

Cher went on to reveal that the legend Elvis Presley once called her up and asked her to go Las Vegas with him for a weekend. She turned him down because she was "too frightened" but now regrets doing that.
