While producers of ‘Dulha Mil Gaya’, Anuj Saxena and Viveck Vaswani were keen to rope in the legendary couple Dilip Kumar and Saira Banu to play Shah Rukh Khan’s parents in their film, the coming together still seems a distant dream.

However, off-screen Saira, who recently produced the Bhojpuri film ‘Ab to Banja Sajanwa Hamar’, is always seen by the aging thespian’s side. 

Be it the soubriquet of a ‘beauty queen’, a glamorous star or a devoted wife—Saira has blended with the changing seasons. The couple was last seen together in the film ‘Duniya’ in the 80s.
